Strengthening Industrial Internet capabilities with the new Valmet Performance Center in Appleton

We’re pleased to announce the launch of our newest Valmet Performance Center (VPC) in Appleton, Wisconsin that will service our customers in the board, paper and tissue markets in North America.
Like all of our 8 VPCs around the world, the Appleton VPC has a core function to bring us closer to our customers and to serve them better. To facilitate this, the VPC is set up with a secure platform for remote connectivity and advanced analytics tools. In addition to our VPC staff, the platform also allows for pulling in other Valmet expert resources from any location virtually, acting as a bridge between the customers experts and our global expert network.
Some of the services and key technologies we offer include on-demand remote expert support, remote monitoring and optimization for both performance and reliability, and advanced analytics applications.
