In this video, we will discuss how employers perceive good candidates.
The purpose of this video is to provide insight into how employers assess good candidates.
College learning and workplace learning differ greatly.
Through textbook study, one can gain knowledge in a variety of subjects.
Learning at the workplace is driven by skills based on business background or job requirements.
With any degree, a good candidate can find a job in any company in the world.
The only requirement is that you are familiar with both the English language and the local language.
Companies would determine who is the most productive in their existing workforce.
Then Determine the exact qualities that enable them to blend in so well with the organization's culture. and complete their tasks so well.
Successful companies take their time and go to great lengths to find and encourage the right people. They also have a definite pattern in their advice: hire for character, personality and passion. Then train for skills and let them develop those skills.
