Colour used : Oil pastels (Camel) = 50 shades.
and Colour pencils (Doms ) =12 shades.
For blending : Cotton swab / Cotton bud which is a great tool and can reach tiniest areas of your drawing .
The second one : Blending with fingers which is mostly preferred by all artists .
