
Consumers Come First Conference - Panel 1 on Food Information to Consumers (2/4)

On November 10th 2021, SAFE hosted the Consumers Come First: Towards a More Sustainable Food System Conference.
The conference sought to analyse current challenges hampering proper #foodinformation to consumers and aimed at finding pathways towards a more inclusive and sustainable food system.
The conference’s 3 panels individually addressed:
1 - labelling and nutrition, and notably the current challenges and opportunities related to food information
2 - food contact materials (FCMs) and the health issues linked to the lack of information on the issue
3 - bringing together perspectives from around the world in an attempt to define the term « natural » for food products
